About Us

Latticework Communities is a boutique investor, developer, and property manager specializing in factory-built housing communities.

Across the United States, the housing market is in crisis. Over the past decade, apartment rent growth and home price appreciation have meaningfully outstripped wage growth, leaving households increasingly overburdened by their housing expenses. Yet even as the average age of our housing stock rises, traditional home builders are struggling to deliver new homes at attainable prices.

But there's reason for optimism...throughout history, Americans have repeatedly subdued major crises with innovation:

In the 18th century, our founding fathers crafted a federalism-based constitution to weave together 13 disparate states suffering from political and economic turmoil.

In the 19th century, John Deere invented the first steel plow, which helped farms produce enough food to nourish America's growing population.

In the 20th century, scientists at American universities developed vaccines to eradicate polio.

And in the 21st century, off-site housing builders are combating the housing crisis by offering Americans beautiful and durable homes at compelling prices.

Mission Statement

...But our mission isn't simply to offer factory-built housing to families...

It's to foster a culture of community among our residents.

We do so by working closely with our residents to provide fun and exciting opportunities for them to connect with their neighbors and neighborhoods.

Though we love developing real estate, we're even more passionate about helping develop this "latticework" of friendships within each of our communities.
